GT Parent Forum - ALPs

The GT Parents Group had a wonderful turnout for our first-ever GT Parent Forum on boredom last spring!  This fall, we invite you to join us for our next forum where we will be discussing Advanced Learning Plans (ALPs) with the Director of Adams 12 Advanced Academic and Gifted Services, Dr. Lynn Saltzgaver, who will share what an ALP is and how our district uses them to support student learning.  The session will include examples of how collaboration among teachers, parents, and students can lead to successful ALPs. Parents will then have the opportunity to brainstorm practical strategies for approaching their own child’s ALP.
